Late Night outfit changes are fully encouraged so pack those sequins and furs!

NOTE: Please wear shoes you can walk, dance or high kick in. The ground is uneven with gravel roadways and high heels are NOT recommended. Comfort is king.

Treat our celebration like a music festival and come prepared as such. C’mon, we know you’re pros at this! If you need a reminder, find our list of recommendations here.

We ask you kindly to leave the kids and dogs at home.

Please keep glass bottles to a minimum and at your campsite only.

NO BAD VIBES!

A style tent with full length mirrors, hair dryers, straighteners, curlers and an array of toiletries and necessities will be set up to help everyone get wedding ready!

We have bigger pitches available for RVs/large campers so please let us know what you plan to bring when you RSVP. Please note there are no hookups for RVs.

Some camping areas will be quieter than others but please bring earplugs!

Please pack out what you pack in and leave no trace.

There is a shower block and flushing toilets available at the wedding site (along with everyone's favourite portapotties).

This area is home to herds of elk and other wild animals. Bear spray is recommended. Please keep your campsite clean and utilize the garbage bins and recycling drop off points. Leave no trace!

Drinking water will be provided so bring your water bottles.

No wood fire pits, charcoal cooking devices, fireworks or tiki torches are permitted on site. Please keep propane firepits/stoves and BBQ’s 12 in (30 cm) off the ground.

We know camping might not be everyone’s vibe and so there are plenty of Air BnBs available in the Youbou/Cowichan area if cabin life is more your style. There are also a couple of B&Bs/inns located just a 4 minute drive away from the venue in the town of Lake Cowichan - Riverside Inn and Lake Cowichan Lodge are the best of the bunch.
